Shivjal Pipes manufacturing plants are equipped with the most modern machineries from Global leader of PVC extrusion machines manufacturing, to ensure high quality Shivjal Pipes plant equipped with world class Testing laboratory to meet international as well as Indian standards. Technical support is made available from the lead engineers in respective fields to achieve the committed quality of products to the consumers. The plant is spacious enough to accommodate multi fold expansion and addition to the production base. Our plant is also equipped with high quality dies and moulds to meet perfect product specifications. Use of chilling plant in the production process to maintain uniformity in entire process to meet high quality output. We give utmost importance to the production infrastructures to ensure quality. Timely delivery of our product to the market and to the distributor network by Shivjal Pipes own fleet of heavy vehicles is another feather on the cap.

Twin Screw Pipe Extrusion Machine -

Twin screw pipe extrusion lines for UPVC manufactured by Global Leader of PVC extrusion plant (Windsor Machines) with controlled temperatures during processing. Twin Screw extruders are more energy efficient in comparison to single screw and are best suited for UPVC extrusion. Known for excellent power optimization and High quality output.

Automatic Socketing Machine -

We have special purpose machine for Pipes socketing from leading socketing machine manufacturer in India. Automatic socketing machine eliminate manual error from the process and ensure socket of the pipe is concentric to the main body of pipe. Automatic socketing machine gives consistent high quality of socket with less cycle time.
